Aries is the first Sign in the Zodiac and can be described as beingbrave, ambitious, and energetic, three traits that perfectly encapsulate Himmel.He’s the first person to dive into action, someone who loves praise, and a confident character who fits well as an Aries.
11Taurus - Stark
April 20 – May 20
Stark is one ofthe most unintentionally funny charactersinFrieren: Beyond Journey’s End.He’s a brave warrior in battle, but outside of it, he’s afraid of any kind of conflict. At his core, Stark just wants to sit back, relax, and enjoy some great food and a warm bed.
Tauruses can be described as being stubborn, reliable, lazy, and hardworking,four characteristics that align perfectly with Stark. While he likes staying up late and drinking juice (a little too much, according to Fern), he’s also someone Frieren is more than comfortable trusting with her life, showing how dependable he truly is.
10Gemini - Land
May 21 – June 20
Land is a mysterious character inFrieren.He’s a talented mage and one of the few to pass the First-Class Mage Exam, but he was never actually there. He’s an expert in Clone Magic and sent copies of himself to take, and pass, the test in his stead.
Like a true Gemini, Land is reserved, adaptable, and incredibly intelligent.The Gemini Sign is represented by twins, and Land has more than enough copies of himself to have at least one twin. He’s a curious, witty mage who is hiding his real self from the world.
9Cancer - Sein
June 21 – July 22
Sein didn’t travel with Frieren’s Party for long, but he made a huge impact during his short time with the group. He’s a powerful Priest who is as smart off the battlefield as he is on it. He’s a character who hasmore than a few traits that align with those born under the Cancer Sign as well.
Cancers are highly intuitive to emotions. When Stark and Fern were fighting, Sein was able to help them articulate their issues and make amends. Even though he’sa lotyounger than Frieren, he’s much more empathetic than she is and in tune with his allies' emotions on a much deeper level.
8Leo - Serie
July 23 – August 22
Serie might be the most powerful character inFrieren: Beyond Journey’s End.She’s the master of Flamme, who in turn taught Frieren. She holds so many different spells that she can practically teach a mage how to cast any spell they desire, showing that her knowledge of magic is at another level.
Serie is a Leo in every sense of the word.She’s confident, domineering, and doesn’t hold her tongue for a second.She has no trouble looking down on people and even less trouble letting them know that she is. She loves to sit on top of her throne and does a great job doing so.
7Virgo - Fern
August 23 – September 22
Fern is one ofthe most adorable characters in anime, and she isn’t trying to be whatsoever. She’s an orphan raised by Heiter and Frieren, becoming much more mature and responsible than both of them in no time at all.
Fern has a ton of great (and somewhat negative) traits that are closer to a true Virgo than anything else. She can be very judgmental, stubborn, and picky, butshe’s also reliable, hardworking, and wise beyond her years.She’s the perfect person to manage both Frieren and Stark, and they’re both lucky to have her.
6Libra - Kraft
September 23 – October 22
Libras are all about justice, equality, and equilibrium.They’re the only Sign represented by an inanimate object (the Libra Scale), highlighting just how much they focus on equality. Out of all the characters in the series, few match up to a Libra as perfectly as Kraft does.
Kraft is one of the few elves in the series and an elf older than Frieren. He’s dedicated his life to the Goddess of Creation, and he’s a major help to Frieren’s Party when they find themselves stuck in the cold. He gives them food, shelter, and everything else they need before they continue their journey.
5Scorpio - Wirbel
October 23 – November 21
Wirbel is one of the more interesting characters introduced in the second-half of the first season ofFrieren: Beyond Journey’s End.He’s a lethal mage known for his competence in battle and his dedication to getting the job done.
While he’s more than comfortable killing, he doesn’t do it unnecessarily. It’s a big difference between him and Übel, as she takes pleasure in the pain of her enemies.As a Scorpio, Wirbel is passionate, ambitious, and incredibly brave; three traits seen in spades during the First Class Mage Exam.
4Sagittarius - Frieren
November 22 – December 21
The eponymous Frieren isn’t just one ofthe best elves in anime, she’s one of the best characters of all time. She’s a relatively stoic character who doesn’t show too many emotions, but after living for hundreds of years, she can’t exactly be blamed.
There is no character inFrierenwith more Sagittarius-like qualities than the main character herself.Frieren loves adventure, is impressively optimistic, and insatiably curious.She’s also restless when it comes to treasure, almost too honest, and a fairly independent character when she wants to be.
3Capricorn - Eisen

Eisen is one ofthe strongest dwarves in animeand the perfect character to act as the Warrior of the Hero’s Party. He’s a hardworking, headstrong character whobelieves in discipline and determination.He’s also the master to Stark, and while the pair might have gotten off on the wrong foot, he cares about the boy deeply.
Capricorns are some of the most patient people around. They believe that their results while speak for themselves, having the utmost faith in themselves and their efforts. They’re practical, level-headed people who don’t get ahead of themselves ever.
