Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vectorwas announced in June as part of the PC Gaming Show. It was first revealed as a PC exclusive but has since been confirmed for Xbox. It wouldn’t be a surprise ifCitizen Sleeper 2is eventually confirmed for PlayStation and Nintendo platforms, too. Players will return tothe originalCitizen Sleeper’s settingof the Helion system but in the body of a new protagonist. Expect further changes, whether to combat or other gameplay systems, as Jump Over The Age seeks to build on some ambitious new ideas.

One thing thatCitizen Sleeper 2will share with its predecessor is itsavailability on Xbox Game Pass. A new trailer forCitizen Sleeper 2was shared online on Thursday.Citizen Sleeper 2will be coming to Xbox Game Pass with support for Xbox Series X/S, at the very least. More details will be shared as development continues.
GivenCitizen Sleeper 2is still deep in development, full details on the game’s release plans have yet to be confirmed. For example,Citizen Sleeperis available on both PC and Xbox Game Pass, butCitizen Sleeper 2has only been confirmed for Xbox Game Pass at this point. Further, only PC and Xbox Series X/S are confirmed platforms forCitizen Sleeper 2at the moment. It’s possible Xbox One support could be added at a later date.
It may be some time beforeCitizen Sleeper 2arrives. While there’s been some talk of a 2024 release, that’s not necessarily guaranteed.
