Grab a beta key on Thursday
Carbine Studios is opening up beta access for its MMOWildStarthis week. The open beta event kicks off Thursday and will extend to May 18. During that period, just head to thegame’s websiteand request a key, or if you’re an existing beta player by way of a pre-order, simply make sure yourWildStarclient is patched and up to date during that time.
As part of the festivities, the level cap will be raised to 30, meaning players can reach Farside and play the tower defense-style Galeras Adventure. They’ll also have the potential to earn two new abilities, an extra ability slot, and tier points for their character. 10 days should be time enough.
Carbine also has twolivestreamsplanned: one at 11:00am Pacific on Thursday covering the state ofWildStar, and another at 11:00am on Friday featuring a huge Q&A session.
