He was one of the fan-favorite characters from the new movie, but at the same time, he was also someone with a tragic ending, showing the evil of Betelgeuse.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice’s Bob Is Voiced By Nick Kellington
Bob Worked With Betelgeuse In The Call Center
Bob is a shrunken-headedemployee at the Neitherworld call center inBeetlejuice Beetlejuice. Bob is one of several employees who have shrunken heads thanks to the witch doctor while their mouths are also sewn closed. It remainsunclear why Betelgeuse worked with them. Either Betelgeuse was put in charge since he had experience as a shrunken-headed person, or he chose them because they couldn’t talk, and that fit his personality better since he didn’t have to listen to anyone else speak.
However, unlike the other employees, there wasa moment when Bob did at least make a sound. Sadly, that happened whenBob tragically died inBeetlejuice Beetlejuice. Betelgeuse left Bob to be his stand-in, showing Betelgeuse is a villain, not a hero. Bob was there when Betelgeuse’s ex-wife showed up and killed him. Bob, who had already died once and ended up in the Neitherworld, died again when Delores sucked out his soul, ending him forever. Bob screamed as he died, with Nick Kellington voicing him at that moment.

It also wasn’t just Nick Kellington’s voice. The actor not only voiced Bob inBeetlejuice Beetlejuicebut also wore the outfit under the shrunken head, using practical effects to create the specter. In anInstagrampost, Kellington wrote, “I really want to say a special thank you to puppeteer Neil Sterenberg. Together we perform Bob for the movie. Myself in Bob’s body and Neil animatronic puppeteering Bob’s head and face.”
