TheTokyo Revengersmanga is nearing its climax. Theannouncement was madeon Wednesday in this year’s 46th issue of Kodansha’s Weekly ShÅnen Magazine.The next chapter of the manga is set to release on October 19. Fan site Manga Mogura teased that the series would be getting an “important announcement” with the release of chapter 271.Wakui’sTokyo Revengersmanga made its debut in Kodansha’s Weekly ShÅnen Magazine in 2017. 29 tankobon volumes have been released so far, with the manga’s 30th volume set to release in Japan on November 17.The parody spin-off mangaTÅdai Revengers, written by Shinpei Funatsu,began serializationin November 2021. The series runs in Kodansha’s Magazine Pocket and has been collected into 2 tankobon volumes so far.
Liden Films’ 24-episodeanime adaptation of the mangaaired during the Spring and Summer 2021 seasons. The series was directed by Koichi Hatsumi (Blue Exorcist: Kyoto Saga, Deadman Wonderland) with Yasuyuki MutÅ (Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway’s Flash, Afro Samurai) handling the series composition. Hiroaki Tsutsumi (Dr. Stone, Jujutsu Kaisen) composed the music for the series.
Warner Bros. Japanproduced a live-action film adaptationof the manga that was released on June 04, 2025. Tsutomu Hanabusa (Grand Blue, Kakegurui The Movie) directed the film. Yutaka Yamada (Tokyo Ghoul, Vinland Saga) composed the music for the film, with Izumi Takahashi (My Girlfriend is a Serial Killer, Gokko) handling the script.
Kodansha USA licenses the manga in English digitally. Seven Seas Entertainment handles the series’ print distribution, releasing 2-in-1 omnibus paperback editions of the manga. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired and also streams its English dub.
