The mod was created by a team of passionate developers who go simply byBATTLEFRONT IIITeam, and it’s currently in Alpha testing. It adds a huge amount of new content to the original game,introducing a whopping 22 new lightsaber heroes(11 for each of the two factions). According to the Roadmap, the team plans to bring the total number of new heroes and villains up to over 100, with some beloved names on the list of planned characters.

The mod also updates the base game for additional replayability, to keep the game fresh,introducing Force Flips (aerial dashing and dodging) and aerial Force Speed (faster movement speed while flying).The new content alsoupdates all lightsaber-wielding heroes to have fourth abilities, in a bid to “elevate lightsaber combat.” The team will be releasing new updates as the mod moves toward its Beta version.
