WhileSkyrimoffers a large variety of weapons for every playstyle, every archer wants an Auriel’s Bow in their collection. Besides the fact that there is a separate achievement dedicated to obtaining this bow, this weapon is one of the best choices against the undead. The Sun Damage enchantment built into this bow will allow you to deal 20 points of sun and triple damage to all undead, including vampires. In addition, the permanent Quick Shot perk allows you to pull the bow and shoot faster than once per second.
All these advantages make Auriel’s Bow very strong, but this weapon is relatively difficult to obtain. Eventually, Dragonborn must reach a specific point in theDawnguardstoryline to find this weapon as part of the Touching the Sky quest.

Where To Find Auriel’s Bow in Skyrim
The only way to obtain Auriel’s Bow inSkyrimis as the final reward of the Touching the Sky quest. To reach this quest, players must progress through theDawnguardstoryline and complete the Unseen Visions quest. In turn, reading Elder Scroll (Blood) will unlock a new point on the map - Darkfall Cave.Upon entering the cave, you begin the Touching the Sky. Completing the quest will take a lot of time, but here are the main steps you need to complete to get Auriel’s Bow:
As was mentioned above, Auriel’s Bow is one of the best bows in the game. Its permanent Sun Damage enchantment and Quick Shot perk will allow you to shoot devastating shots with virtually no reloading, leaving no chance for vampires and other undead. Of course, the damage of this bow against enemies resistant to fire may not be so outstanding, but the Deadly Aim perk or Overdraw perk can correct this situation bygiving your weapon even more power.

It is highly recommended that you visit Serana or Gelebor after completing Touching the Sky to convert your regular Elven Arrows into their Bloodcursed or Sunhallowed versions. This update will make your shots deadlier.
