To find theBlade of Mercy, you need to reach the small room located at the very top of the ScorchedRuins inElden Ring. The first step is to go straight to the archway that leads to the open field where the Furnace Golem is roaming around, as this will be the starting point. Next, head west and climb the stairs while defeating a couple of enemies along the way.
From there, proceed south up the slope, then up the stairs to find two enemies on the left side throwing rocks from an upper level. Use the roof as leverage to jump up and defeat them, then proceed forward. Go east and walk on the roofs covered by red cloth to finally reach a door. Open it to find a chest containing the Blade of MercyTalisman inElden Ring.
