Head to the New York Times Games website or the New York Times Crossword app. Next, choose a good starting word. While there are manygood strategies for winningWordle, there are some best practices for choosing a word to start the game with.
Choose a great startingWordleword and type it into the site. Press enter. This will cause the letters to change colors and give clues to the real answer. Green letters are right, gray are wrong, and yellow letters are right but in the wrong place in the word. Players have a total of six tries to get to the answer of the day, and there is only one puzzle per day for everyone.
