A new month inPokemon GOmeans new Field Research quests and rewards. For those who manage to complete seven of these quests, they will unlock this month’sResearch Breakthrough, which sees players rewarded with one of the following: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Suicune, Raikou, or Entei.
Of course, there are also smaller rewards, including berries, Pokeballs, and Pokemon encounters. Still, for thosePokemon GOtrainers trying to unlock the aforementioned legendaries or those looking for a certain Pokemon in particular, we’ve compiled this list of all Field Research Quests and Rewards for December 2018 below.

As many may have noticed, much like the Community Day event and Research Breakthrough reward, a lot of thesePokemon GOtasks are fan-favorite quests that have featured previously throughout the year. A few of these are also good for those working on cross-gen evolutions, as Misdreavus, Electabuzz, Magmar, and Porygon are all rewards, though players will still need aSinnoh Stone.
Of course, it seems as if Niantic’s mobile ARGPokemon GOis looking to end this year on a strong note, as the best of the year appears to be a theme for this December.
