In order to make many of the commissions and items inMy Time at Sandrock, players will need to collect and make a wide variety of materials. This includes a metal item called a Bearing which is used in one of the first quests of the game.

Picking Up the Slack in My Time at Sandrock

The third quest that players will come across in Sandrock will be about Yan and Rocky asking them to create a Crane Lift for the Abandoned Mines. In this quest, called Picking Up the Slack, the builder will need to make several materials, including the building material calledThick Rope inMy Time at Sandrockand a Bearing.

Bearings are not made in the same way as they were in theprevious titleMy Time at Portia. Instead of smelting these items, players will have to recycle to get them instead.

The Recycler in Sandrock

The second tutorial quest that players will have to complete will be making aRecycler for theirMy Time at SandrockWorkshop. The builder can then shovel all the scraps they find into the Recycler in order to get new, more useful materials. The Recycler is made from:

Recycling Scrap in My Time at Sandrock

In thefarming simulation video gamecalledMy Time at Sandrock, there are several types of scrap that builders will dig up around their new Workshop.

Mechanical scrap can be recycled into Old Parts as well as Bearings. This Mechanical Scrap comes from the Eufaula Salvage Ruins in the area just inside the doorway. Here, players of thisreal-life simulation gamewill find piles of random trash; use a pickhammer to break apart all these items into scrap.
