Wacky dating simMonster Camphas added four new playable characters to its existing roster with a new DLC pack. Playable characters inMonster Campare color coded, so this new pack, entitledNew Blood, adds one more character for each color: red, yellow, blue, and green.
For those unfamiliar,Monster Campis the sequel toMonster Prom.Both are wacky dating simsin which fans play as a monster who is trying to court another monster for an event at the end of the game. In the original, that event was prom, whereas in its sequel, the goal is to get another monster to accompany the player to watch a meteor shower.

In both games the player goes to various locations on the map to earn stat boosts after which a ridiculous scenario is presented to them with two different possible solutions and both of these solutions are tied to a skill check. Players want to make sure they have the right stats upgraded if they want to succeed at these events, an endeavor made evenmore difficult if playing multiplayer.
Players are allowed to choose a character and then choose their name and pronouns, though each one of the characters have default names and pronouns.Monster Camphad the same playable charactersas its prequel which included two default male characters and two default female characters. Now with the addition ofNew Blood, there are two more males, one more female, and one non-binary character.
Of the males, there is Abdu, a new mummy character who is yellow like Oz before him. The jellyfish-like creature named Noodles is the other male character who shares his green color with Brian. The red character is the new non-binary devil-esque character named Sawyer who shares their color with Amara. Finally there is Susanne, a female storm entity and a blue character just like Vicky. Thechoice of character does not affect gameplayso everyone is free to choose whoever they like. The only restriction as of writing is that two players cannot choose a character of the same color.
