After acknowledging the fun he’s beenhaving withAbsolute Superman, Aaron revealed that he has more to come for DC, saying,“I’ve got another book coming out, or that I’m working on for DC right now. That’ll be another big character that I’ve never written before.”This statement is especially exciting from the fan-favorite writer, as it not only confirms that there is a long future ahead of him at DC but also that we will be getting his take on a character he has yet to write. Given that Aaron teases“another big character,”the anticipation of which hero he’s taking on next is incredibly exciting.
In addition to confirming which character Aaron will be working on,it will also be interesting to see which continuity he will explore for this character. For example, this very well could be anotherAbsolutetitle. However, that seems unlikely, so it’s more probable that Aaron will delve into Earth-Prime continuity or perhaps even anElseworldstitle. No matter the character or continuity, fans will undoubtedly be excited for whatever the writer has in store, given that he has already proven his ability to reimagine characters with decades of history in fresh ways with hisAbsolute Supermanseries.
