But for many years, adventurers have been forced to make the difficult choice between wearing glasses and wearing headgear like hats, helms, crowns, or ears.
Nearsighted Warriors of Light can now rest easy.Dawntrailhas added the Facewear option that creates a separate slot for glasses and other eyewear that’s distinct from actual battle gear. Fashion Accessories like glasses, spectacles, and sunglasses provide no increase in stats. These glasses won’t help slay any enemies, but they will help you look good while doing it!
Where to unlock Facewear
Unlocking Facewear is really quite simple: Just speak to anyCalamity Salvager. You can find a Calamity Salvager in any of the three main cities:
The salvager will present a long list of items that can be obtained or exchanged. The final option on their list isSpectacles Exchange. Select it to unlock the Facewear menu.
Speaking to the Calamity Salvager will also convert any glasses, spectacles, or sunglasses that already appear in the Fashion Accessories menu to the new Facewear option so they can be worn.
Where to Buy Glasses
So far, there are only a few types of glasses in the game, but as this feature becomes more popular, it’s very likely more styles will appear. Most of the current facewear can be bought with MGP fromthe Gold Saucer.
