Could it be Pokemon Sapphire and Ruby remakes? Or another “cross” project?
Pokemondeveloper Game Freak is teasing a new project, complete with a“coming soon” websiteand a mysterious figure. Judging from the creature-like silhouette it looksPokemonrelated, and internet sleuths have translated the text as “the well known game, played all around the world, is about to be reborn thanks to a surprising collaboration.”
To me, that indicates a joint development project that may or may not be a 3DS remake of a previousPokemongame (next up isSapphireandRuby). Of course, it could also beanother Pokemon x[insert franchise here] game, which is also likely given the collaboration aspect.
We’ll know soon enough, but when Game Freak is involved, I’m always excited.
