7Take Some Time To Get Used To The New Space Suit
The first major difference in this fight compared tothe rest ofFurithat players will find is the noticeably slower movement of The Rider. This is mainly due to the fact that he wears a spacesuit to fight against the intergalactic threat that is The Star.
As a result, movement can seem slightly bulky at first. However, after enough practice, players will be able to glide through the arena with ease…provided they’re not being hounded by The Star’s ranged projectiles, that is.
6Master The Ranged Combat, Since This Fight Has No Melee Combat Whatsoever

A great way to turn these projectiles into a non-issue is to parry them without sacrificing The Rider’s position in the arena. It’s a great way to avoid damage without too much effort.
4With Proper Placement, Two Arms And/Or Drones Can Be Hit With One Laser Beam During Certain Phases
Later phases of The Star can be a pain to deal with, mainly due to the sheer level of attacks that this annoying boss unleashes over and over again. Even with constant repetition, dodging the various projectiles unleashed by this boss is easier said than done.
However, there are ways totarget multiple parts of the boss at onceto deal double the damage and make these phases move faster. In Phase 3, staying on the extreme left or right side of the arena will let players target two hands at once with their charged laser attack. In Phase 4, staying at the very top left or right of the arena will let players unleash lasers that target both hands at once when they’re unleashing a wave of indestructible orbs.
3Don’t Waste Too Much Time Charging Up The Most Powerful Laser Beam
There’s a laser beam that players can charge up in the fight against The Star. This beam goes through multiple targets, deals a ton of damage, and lasts as long as it’s charged.

As a result, most people would assume that a fully-charged beam is the only course of action to take for dealing damage. However, this is a greedy move that can put players in a tough spot over and over again if they don’t measure their attacks properly.
Instead, it’s important to use a combination of normal projectiles and these charged beams to unleash the most optimal level of damage possible. Even a less powerful beam works, especially since players don’t compromise their safety for too long while unleashing this attack.
2Try And Avoid Panic Dodging, Since That Will Definitely Spell A KO Sooner Rather Than Later
The Star’s battle segments are entirely based on the bullet-hell sections of the game, where dodging is critical to reducing damage taken and finding openings todamage this boss. However, the sheer volume of attacks that The Star can unleash is so immense that some players might be overwhelmed by the sheer number of dodges they need to pull off.
This can lead to panic-dodging, causing the player to put themselves in an even tougher spot. Instead, players should try and measure their dodges so that they can use fewer dashes to dodge the projectiles of The Star with ease.
1Standing In Certain Spots Will Eliminate The Need To Dodge Almost Entirely
If players are finding it hard to dodge some of The Star’s attacks, then this tip should serve them well. During Phase 3 and Phase 4, there are certain positions where the player can stand to completely avoid most of the attacks coming their way.
In Phase 3, staying in the middle left side of the arena will lead to almost all the orbs missing the player, for some reason. Meanwhile, in Phase 4, players can stay on the top left or right-hand side of the map to avoid the steam of indestructible orbs that The Star unleashes at the center of the arena. This means that players can just unleash a wave of powerful attacks and not worry about having to dodge all the time as well.
