InFortnite, players are looking to complete the Season 7, Week 5 challenges. This week’s challenges includefinding alien artifacts inFortnite, eliminating trespassers, and an Epic Quest to find some elusive IO chests around the map.
What is an Epic Quest?
For those who have stepped away fromFortnitefor a while, there are now several different types of weeklies to complete in this battle royale game; players can complete common, uncommon, rare, Epic, and legendary quests. There are also bonus challenges as well as additional quests given byFortnite’s Season 7 NPCs. So if players want to complete them all, they will need a little information of each kind of quest.

There are other types of quests, but these are the main types. So for theFortniteEpic Quests, like finding those IO chests, players will only have the week, and they will be able to complete it in stages.
How to Find IO Chests in Fortnite
WhileFortniteplayers are out looking todestroy computer equipment at satellite stations or Corny Complex, players can probably find some of the IO chests that they will need for this Epic Quest. All the chests will be located in these seven locations only. While these are heavily guarded by some very aggressive and deadly NPCs, it’s absolutely worth it to grab the chests from these locations. They are filled to the brim with powerful weapons, including:
Players only have to open 1 IO chest to fulfill this quest, but they might as well open a few more, since they will find themselves in these IO locations for other quests this week too. Players will have to kill 2 Trespassers, damage IO guards, and deal 500 damage with one of the IO weapons from the chests, among several other quests that will bring players into the satellite bases often.
