Fortnite Season 3has come with all manner of weapons, be they old favorites that have been released from the vault or brand new ones, such as theFireJar Grenade, which has been making quite a splash.
With Season 3 still in its early days, though, it’s safe to assume that we may see more weapons be included in the future at some point. In fact, one leaker, named HYPEX, believes they’ve already found one inFortnite’s files, and it sounds like an absolute doozy of a weapon.

The weapon in question appears to be another type of shotgun, which has been given the codename Dragon, and is said to come in both Epic and Legendary variants. But what’s most interesting is the weapon’s actual stats.
If what we’re reading is correct, this Dragon shotgun looks to be incredibly powerful, capable of doing up to 140 damage to an opponent player’s body, up to 175 damage to the head, and 70 damage to any structure.
However, as a caveat, the weapon can only hold up to 4 ammo and a single shot uses up all of it, with reload time taking a whole 4 seconds. It sounds as if this will be a weapon that requires great skill to use properly, as missing will leave a player wide open, meaning every shot needs to count.
We’ll have to wait for the weapon to actually be included before we can judge it againstthe other weapons in the game, especially the other shotgun types, like the Tactical Shotgun.
As for when it could be included, HYPEX theorizes that, if it does exist and Epic Games doesn’t change any plans, we probably won’t see it for another 2 or 3 months, meaning it may not be added until the fall.
This isn’t the only thing to have been leaked recently. Earlier today, it was reported thatAtlantis, the home city of guest character Aquaman, may be added to the gamelater down the line as a new Point Of Interest, though there’s no actual guarantee.
Season 3 has also includedthree new bosses for players to take on, which all drop very handsome rewards for any players able to find and defeat them. Be warned: they’re no pushovers.
