As of late, Epic Games has been diligently plugging away at the problems inFortniteBattle Royale ever since the free-to-play title’s Season 6 officially began about a couple of weeks ago, withShadow Stoneshaving just now been reintroduced after some issues. Now, the video game developer has decided to temporarily disable Goalbound Outfits in order to potentially help fix a partying issue that is currently affecting the multiplayer sandbox survival shooter.

As seen in the tweet from the officialFortniteTwitter account below, Epic has stated that not only are Goalbound Outfits inactive for the time being, but also players might need to unequip the skin in their Locker. Unfortunately, the studio didn’t provide a time frame as to when the cosmetic might return in the game. Should the problem persist as long as the issue plaguing the aforementioned Shadow Stones did, then it could be several days before Goalbound Outfits are brought back.

As previously mentioned, Epic Games has been tinkering withFortniteBattle Royale to ensure that the title continues to run smoothly, and the temporary removal of Goalbound Outfits isn’t the only item that the studio has removed recently. As it so happens,Bouncer Traps were taken out of the title, but not due to a problem with the object, as Epic simply wanted to bring better balance to a playing field that recently had an influx of other mobility items.

All things considered, one can only hope thatFortnitefans who adore the game’s Goalbound Outfits won’t have to wait too long until Epic officially brings them back and reinstates the skins as viable for in-game use. Of course, there’s always the chance that the very same players wind up choosing to roll with one of the newHalloween skinson the way instead of the Goalbound Outfits, even if the latter make a return.

Fortniteis available now for iOS, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. An Android beta is currently underway.
