Tee hee, ‘Bloody Excrement’

Gather ’round, you little whippersnappers, and let me tell you about the hardships I went through when I was your age. Back in my day, if we wanted theFinal Fantasy Tacticsoriginal soundtrack, we would have to get it on compact disc from a local specialty retailer, who had to import it straight from Japan, passing the extra cost off to the consumer. Also, we had to walk uphill to the store, barefoot on asphalt in the middle of summer.

You kids have it so easy these days! Now, the soundtrack by composers Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata is available for download on iTunes in North America. Even though I personally acquired a copy fifteen or so years ago, I still listen to it to this day, typically as mood setting music for fantasy board games. It has some truly memorable pieces for any who spent time with the classic PlayStation tactical role-playing game.
