There’s no denying that these changes are impressive. Gamers have been complaining that the current console generation is full of too many remasters and not enough original titles, but that certainly hasn’t been reflected in sales numbers. Remasters and ports of oldFinal Fantasygames seems to always find an audience and earlier this year when there were rumors of a complete anniversary collection coming, consumers were begging for a place to make pre-orders. Whether or not that excitement translate to dollar signs for the publisher, we’ll find out in the next few weeks.
