While many people are still waiting for their new consoles, Reddit user “Smash1031” got hisXbox Series X, but was surprised to find out that the console is inferior to PlayStation, according to the anonymous delivery driver. While “Smash1031” most likely got a little chuckle from the note, many people who pre-ordered the Xbox Series X have had different experiences.

The pre-order cycle for the Xbox Series X was extremely chaotic and for people who secured the pre-order, the problems may be persisting through deliveries. Other fans are reporting individual stories of the mistreatment of their consoles by delivery drivers. One fan shared their experience with a delivery driver seemingly almosttaking off with a new Xbox Series Xthat had been marked delivered. The owner claimed that they chased down the driver after the delivery had been confirmed, but no package had been left.
