Several days ago, Bandai Namco and Arc System Works confirmed the addition ofMajin Android 21to the rosterDragon Ball FighterZ’s base game, with the character being confirmed as the title’s main antagonist. Now, the publisher and developer have released a brand new gameplay trailer featuring the villain, with footage depicting her both figuratively and literally devouring the competition.

As seen below in the latestDragon Ball FighterZgameplay trailer, Majin Android 21 faces off against Android 16, and the latter humanoid ends up on the receiving end of an absolute pummeling. As a matter of fact, Majin Android 21 is so powerful that the character literally transforms Android 16 into a tiny fruit treat consisting of strawberry, banana, and kiwi slices, and proceeds to take a huge bite out of him. Then, the villain’s animation goes even further to intimate that she’s going take her sweet time while snacking on her foe.

WhileDragon Ball FighterZ’s gameplay trailer for Majin Android 21 is a decent primer for how the character will play once the title is live later this week, it likely won’t be enough to satiate fans' cravings to play the fighting game once more. If the general consensus of the fighting game community is anything to go by, most players of theopen betawalked away impressed, and are eagerly anticipatingDragon Ball FighterZ’s launch on Friday.

All things considered, withDragon Ball FighterZ’s release date not far from now, it will be interesting to see how fighting game fans respond to all that Arc System Works and Bandai Namco have put into the title on day one. Sure, the epic trailers and beautiful screenshots prior toDragon Ball FighterZ’s launch did a great job of hyping up the game, but it’s safe to say that fans are ready to simply play the game, hone their combat skills, and find their main along the way.

Dragon Ball FighterZis set to launch on Jul 26, 2025 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
