Boston Bluestar Donnie Wahlberg has revealed the first returning Regan Family cast member from sister showBlue Bloods.
TheBlue Bloodsspinoff showis set to debut this fall on CBS, and will follow Wahlberg’s Danny Reagan as he moves from New York to join the Boston Police Department.
Boston Blueis set to have a largely new cast, but Wahlberg’s Danny will be joined by his son Sean Reagan, now played by a recast Mika Amonsen. But that’s not all for the family connection, as the first officialBlue Bloodsalum is set to join Wahlberg in Boston.
In a post on his Instagram account,Wahlbergrevealed that Bridget Moynahan, who plays Erin Reagan, the only daughter of patriarch Frank Reagan, and sister to Wahlberg’s Danny, will appear on the show. He posted a picture of himself and Moynahan together, and a caption discussing her guest appearance in the premiere, and that she will be directing during the season.
