UPDATE 6/8: Blizzard’s Rod Fergusson has confirmed thatDiablo 4servers are starting to come back online. Fergusson took to Twitter to say, “I apologize again for the downtime but we should be good to go again. Really appreciate your patience as we continue to hit record highs for concurrency and prepare for the expected surge this weekend. Thank you.”

Mileage may vary, butDiablo 4players should be able to log back into the game. In the meantime,Diablo 4players may want to brace themselves for some potential downtime this weekend as this will mark the first weekend since the game’s full launch.

Original story follows.

TheDiablo 4servers are currently down for many players.Diablo 4’s launch has been relatively smooth compared to some other Blizzard launches over the years, but that doesn’t mean it’s been without its hiccups.

Diablo 4has had server problems on and off since the game’s early access launch. These issues have paled in comparison to, say, theDiablo 3launch issues, but they are still not ideal. During its early access phase, there were somepurchasers ofDiablo 4’s more expensive editionsthat weren’t even able to properly access to the game early, one of the main selling points, and now players have found themselves in an endless queue to login.

TheDiablo 4server issueshave been going on for a couple of hours at the time of this writing. Blizzard has even updated the Breaking News section in theDiablo 4game itself to acknowledge the issues. Blizzard says that it is investigating theDiablo 4login issues and working to resolve them as soon as possible. Right now ifDiablo 4players try to log in to the game, they are met with a “Queued for Login” message that says 1,234 minutes left. The login seems to go on forever, though it’s unclear if this issue is impacting allDiablo 4players equally.

We will update this article as soon as theDiablo 4server issues have been resolved.

Diablo 4is available now for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.
