Lots of fixes/improvements
Bungie is updatingDestinynext week, and it looks to be a massive improvement for both existing raids.
Now, instead of getting a random Exotic weapon from a chest that can be soloed in Crota’s End, the Ir Yut boss will have actual loot (this previous choice of having zero loot for it was baffling). The Pit chest will still contain materials as normal so there’s a point to it. Various bugs/cheeses will be fixed including the Pit totem launch, the bridge exploit, and various exploits against Crota himself.
Finally, Exotic weapon drops in Vault of Glass will now be bumped up to level 32 — in line with the rest of the game.Thanks for listening, Bungie. Hard Mode Crota’s End isn’t dated yet, but it’s “almost ready.” The above update should hit “as early as next Tuesday” with the reset.
