As players tried to catch new fish that appeared for April, they found that more often than not an egg would take its place. On top of that, eggs canspawn on money treesin place of “money bags,” which can grant the all-important bells.
For a game that was only a few weeks old and was generating a ton of positive buzz,Animal Crossing: New Horizonsbegan to frustrate its fans who are more focused on completing all the tasks the game has to offer, not just the Bunny Day ones. Most players were in agreement that Bunny Day is a fun event, but the eggs were getting a little too overbearing. Now, this patch should lower the odds of eggs appearing in place ofrare fish like the Neon Tetra, fossils, or presents flying through the air.
