However, in other news,Brady reveals that he got a girl named Mia (Ella Stiller) pregnant. The situation immediately evokesSteve and Miranda’sSex and the Cityromance, which shares qualities with Brady’s development.

And Just Like That… Season 3 Ep 7-11

InSex and the City,Steve and Miranda have a history when Hobbes discovers she is pregnant, but the couple isn’t togetherwhen Miranda finds out that she’s expecting their child. If this is Brady’s baby (though Miranda doubts that) and Mia wants to raise it with him in some capacity, this will alter the course of Brady’s life. His parents know that, and Steve gets so upset that he physically threatens Brady.Steve probably doesn’t want Brady to face the same challenges he’s dealing with, given the divorce’s ongoing impact.

Regardless of what happens next,Brady’s development has altered the course of the Brady-Hobbes family indefinitely. After arguing with his dad, Brady moves into his mother’s new apartment, which could impact Miranda’s romance with Joy (Dolly Wells). Miranda initially purchased the apartment to make space for Joy and her two dogs, excited about their potential life together.

Now that Miranda’s son has moved in, it might complicate things for her and her girlfriend.Brady’s struggles could distract Miranda from her partner, much like they did when she was dating Che, and Brady was going through a breakup with his girlfriend, Luisa (Cree Cicchino). Then again,And Just Like Thatforeshadowed good things, since Joy immediately liked Brady.

WithAnd Just Like That’s showrunner Michael Patrick King announcing that season 3 will be the final season, perhaps Brady moving back in with his mom could be a way to establish a new, healed family dynamic for Miranda before the series concludes. Miranda has finally built a fulfilling life, but she hasn’t fully incorporated Brady into that yet.
