What This Means For Supernatural
Supernatural Remains “On-Air” Even After The Show Ended In 2020
This year’s convention featured several members oftheSupernaturalcastbeyond the four shown above, includingMark Sheppard (Crowley), Jim Beaver (Bobby Singer), and Alexander Calvert (Jack).Conventions have become a popular place for actors to interact with both their fans and their former co-stars, and in the case ofSupernatural, they have helped to keep passion for the series aliveeven well after the show’s completion. It is clear that this is a show that will live on for a very long time.
Even thoughSupernaturalended in 2020,the series still occupies a place in the cast’s and fans' hearts. Recently, it has been confirmed that Padalecki, Ackles, and Collins will all appear inThe Boysseason 5, though it isn’t yet clear what roles they will all play beyond Ackles, who already has the part of Soldier Boy.Their desire to keep working with each other shows how much they enjoyed their time onSupernatural. While there’s been no official announcement about a reboot, creator Eric Kripke and the series' leads have all expressed interest in revisiting the Winchesters' world.

Our Take On The Supernatural Reunion
There Could Always Be More
It evokes a lot of feelings seeing Sam and Dean sitting in the Impala again with Castiel in the backseat. Even though the four stars are not posing for the show specifically, they are perfectly in character. The “Baby” reunion isverySupernatural-flavored; given Castiel’s record of being tempted by demons, women, and such, it’s not shocking that he would develop a particular interest in Rowena, who is in charge of Hell by the time ofSupernatural’s ending.
Ackles and Padalecki also reacted to the development similarly to how their characters would’ve reacted on the show. Overall, it seems thatthe core cast had a lot of fun during the convention weekend, and honestly, there haven’t been enoughSupernaturalreunions since the show ended. Hopefully,The Boyswill provide many more.
