Pisciotta’s Allegations Explained

Lauren Pisciotta worked for West from 2021 during the making of his albumDonda, and she filed her initial complaint against him in June 2024. Her second amended complaint, also obtained byVariety, alleges that West “orally raped her without her consent” and pressured her into sexual favors by making false promises about her career.

The latest filing claims that, after Pisciotta filed her initial complaint, West hired an individual to “SWAT” her by sending emergency services under false pretenses.

“Within approximately one week of filing her original summons and complaint in this action, Ms. Pisciotta was bombarded with unwanted, harassing, and alarming visits from law enforcement and government agencies who claimed to be investigating various reports, such as child abuse, and searched her home and personal effects.”

There has been no statement fromKanye Westregarding these latest accusations. Back in June 2024, at the time of the original allegations,West’s legal representatives called the initial accusations “baseless” in comments toRolling Stone, accusing her of engaging in “blackmail and extortion.”
